If I could give 10 I would! AIUA was going to cancel my wind insurance if I did not replace my roof! I am blessed and fortunate, as my friend, recommended Steve Lampkin, Alliance Roofing LLC, to install a certified fortified roof on my home. This team also updated the garage to the fortified standards, even though it is not required. Steve is highly professional and worked with me to make sure that I understood every aspect of the process - cost, ensuring that I understood what it meant to have a fortified certified roof in the Gulf and how that roofing made the difference during hurricane season, his communication skills are impeccable. His team, including a manager, Cello, arrived on time and on schedule. The product and all of the things that they needed for the job were delivered prior to their starting, as Steve had related, he had provided a checklist for me to review prior to starting the work; things like, pictures off the wall, not parking in the driveway during the change and what I should expect during the construction process. This was wonderful. Steve and Cello have communicated with me every day before starting work and at the end of the day to let me know what would be happening next. Each day his team of skilled roofers arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. And worked until 7:00 p.m., at the end of the day, they cleaned up to ensure that the job site was safe and not left a mess. I would say that this was one of the best ran construction sites I've been on in a long time and I appreciated the daily updates, clean up and explanations of what was happening on the roof. If anyone needs a roofer they need to call Steve Lampkin at Alliance Roofing! They are wonderful and the end product is beautiful. Yes, I have a beautiful certified fortified roof on my home now! My roof project required 100 squares. I needed a fortified roof to meet my insurance requirements. To get the fortified certificate I had to remove a structural design element and remove two chimneys. Alliance roofing did it all and I received a 15 year parts and labor warranty. Pretty impressive. Their team completed the tear down, surface prep, plywood replacement in some spots, custom cut shingles to fit my intricate conical roof features, removed two chimneys and a widow’s walk feature in 5 days. It was a quality installation. Their team was pleasant to talk to and were all very courteous. They thoroughly cleaned up the nails and shingle bits following the job completion to my satisfaction. I will certainly use them for my next roofing project.

Steve and Brent are top notch. The put the roof on our previous house, and were fast, professional and reasonable priced. Any issues were addressed immediately. So on our new house, needed some minor work after the insurance inspection and they came right out and took care of that as well. Highly recommend Alliance as a professional and thorough contractor. You won't be disappointed.
