If I could give 10 I would! AIUA was going to cancel my wind insurance if I did not replace my roof! I am blessed and fortunate, as my friend, recommended Steve Lampkin, Alliance Roofing LLC, to install a certified fortified roof on my home. This team also updated the garage to the fortified standards, even though it is not required. Steve is highly professional and worked with me to make sure that I understood every aspect of the process - cost, ensuring that I understood what it meant to have a fortified certified roof in the Gulf and how that roofing made the difference during hurricane season, his communication skills are impeccable. His team, including a manager, Cello, arrived on time and on schedule. The product and all of the things that they needed for the job were delivered prior to their starting, as Steve had related, he had provided a checklist for me to review prior to starting the work; things like, pictures off the wall, not parking in the driveway during the change and what I should expect during the construction process. This was wonderful. Steve and Cello have communicated with me every day before starting work and at the end of the day to let me know what would be happening next. Each day his team of skilled roofers arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. And worked until 7:00 p.m., at the end of the day, they cleaned up to ensure that the job site was safe and not left a mess. I would say that this was one of the best ran construction sites I've been on in a long time and I appreciated the daily updates, clean up and explanations of what was happening on the roof. If anyone needs a roofer they need to call Steve Lampkin at Alliance Roofing! They are wonderful and the end product is beautiful. Yes, I have a beautiful certified fortified roof on my home now! Thank you to Steve, Cello and the team. Y'all are the best!! More photos to come after the job is complete!

Expert Residential Roofing in Upstate New York
Perth homeowners face a tough roofing environment. Summers push temperatures above 40°C, UV exposure degrades roofing materials, and winter brings sustained rainfall from May through September. That cycle of heat and moisture causes materials to expand, contract, crack, and leak. Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC handles the full scope of residential roofing work Perth homes need, including new roof installation, re-roofing, leak repairs, tile replacement, flashing work, and ridge capping. We assess your roof's current condition before recommending any work. Tile roofs dominate Perth's residential streets and carry specific vulnerabilities: cracked tiles from thermal stress, loose ridge caps, and displaced sections after wind events. Coastal suburbs add salt air corrosion to that list. We match materials and methods to your home's structure, roof pitch, and local exposure. Whether your roof needs targeted repairs or a full replacement, we give you a clear picture of what's needed and why. Call Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC to schedule a roof inspection in Perth.
