If I could give 10 I would! AIUA was going to cancel my wind insurance if I did not replace my roof! I am blessed and fortunate, as my friend, recommended Steve Lampkin, Alliance Roofing LLC, to install a certified fortified roof on my home. This team also updated the garage to the fortified standards, even though it is not required. Steve is highly professional and worked with me to make sure that I understood every aspect of the process - cost, ensuring that I understood what it meant to have a fortified certified roof in the Gulf and how that roofing made the difference during hurricane season, his communication skills are impeccable. His team, including a manager, Cello, arrived on time and on schedule. The product and all of the things that they needed for the job were delivered prior to their starting, as Steve had related, he had provided a checklist for me to review prior to starting the work; things like, pictures off the wall, not parking in the driveway during the change and what I should expect during the construction process. This was wonderful. Steve and Cello have communicated with me every day before starting work and at the end of the day to let me know what would be happening next. Each day his team of skilled roofers arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. And worked until 7:00 p.m., at the end of the day, they cleaned up to ensure that the job site was safe and not left a mess. I would say that this was one of the best ran construction sites I've been on in a long time and I appreciated the daily updates, clean up and explanations of what was happening on the roof. If anyone needs a roofer they need to call Steve Lampkin at Alliance Roofing! They are wonderful and the end product is beautiful. Yes, I have a beautiful certified fortified roof on my home now! Thank you to Steve, Cello and the team. Y'all are the best!! More photos to come after the job is complete!

Expert Commercial Roofing in Upstate New York
Commercial roofing in Perth demands more than standard materials and a crew. Perth's hot, dry summers push roof surfaces through repeated thermal expansion cycles, while winter brings concentrated bursts of heavy rain and strong winds. Both patterns accelerate wear on commercial buildings, from warehouses and workshops to office blocks and retail centers. At Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC, we handle new roof installations, re-roofing, repairs, and scheduled maintenance across Perth. Every project starts with a site inspection to assess the current roof condition, identify weak points, and confirm the right system for your building type and load requirements. We work with metal roofing systems well suited to Perth's UV intensity and corrosion exposure. Our team follows Western Australia's National Construction Code requirements on wind uplift resistance and fall protection throughout every job. If your commercial roof is leaking, aging, or due for replacement, contact Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC to schedule an inspection.

Commercial Roofing FAQ
Common questions about commercial roofing in Upstate New York.
A site inspection is the only reliable way to determine whether repair or replacement is the right call for your Perth building. A qualified contractor will assess the extent of damage, remaining material life, and structural condition before recommending a scope of work.
Metal roofing is the most common choice for commercial buildings in Perth due to its durability and resistance to UV exposure and thermal movement. The right system depends on your building type, roof pitch, and load requirements, which a site inspection will confirm.
Yes, we work on commercial and industrial roofing projects of varying scale across Perth. Our team handles new installations, re-roofing, and major repairs on warehouses, workshops, office buildings, and other commercial structures.
An annual inspection is the standard recommendation for commercial roofs in Perth. Perth's summer UV intensity and winter storm activity both create conditions that can accelerate wear, so regular checks help catch issues before they escalate.
Yes, Perth's hot summers drive repeated thermal expansion and contraction that stresses roof materials and joints over time. Winter storms bring heavy rain and high winds that can expose any existing weak points in flashing, seams, or cladding.
We conduct a full site walkover to check roof surfaces, flashing, gutters, penetrations, and drainage points across your Perth property. After the inspection, we provide a clear condition report and outline any repair or maintenance work required.
